Abstract: With the deepening reform of vocational education in China, it is increasingly important for vocational schools to build a young political thought teachers team with professional skills as the orientation. This study aims to enhance the adaptability of vocational education by combining the specialties of the smart connected vehicle major and the development of new energy vehicles in Ganzhou city, and continuously improving the professional literacy and teaching level of young teachers in automotive intelligence and networking. It promotes the deep integration of political education and professional skills in smart connected vehicle majors, builds a young political thought teachers team with the spirit of craftsmanship as the guide, skill competitions as the driving force, and a structure that is innovative, collaborative, and well-balanced, and provides a strong faculty support to enhance the quality of technical and vocational education and training. This will drive the vigorous development of smart connected vehicle majors.

摘要: 随着我国职业教育的深化改革,职业院校建设以专业技能为导向的青年思政教师团队 成为重中之重。文章以不断增强职业教育的适应性为目标,结合智能网联汽车专业特色和赣 州市新能源汽车发展特色,不断提升青年教师的汽车智能化和网联化的专业素养、教学水平, 促进思政教育与智能网联汽车专业技能的深度融合,建设以工匠精神为引领、以技能竞赛为 驱动的德技双馨、创新协作、结构合理的青年思政教师团队。为提高素质技术技能人才培养 质量提供强有力的师资支撑,从而推动智能网联汽车专业的蓬勃发展。
