Abstract: : In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic compatibility testing for plug-in hybrid vehicles, this paper presents a set of systematic testing methods. The research process mainly involves the analysis of vehicle operation mode, the implementation of trigger mode, the association between operation mode and signal, and the association of electric field and magnetic field test data with actual monitoring signal, so as to realize the association between test data and operation mode. The verification results show that this method can be used for traversal verification of various running modes of plug-in hybrid vehicles, and can achieve accurate location of instantaneous exceedance problems, achieve test adequacy, avoid the difference of test data in different laboratories, and simplify the difficulty of problem location. This method can be applied to the test scenarios of GB/T 18387-2017, GB 34660-2017, GB/T 18655-2018, etc., which require dynamic vehicle operation.

摘要: 为解决如何对插电式混动车辆进行电磁兼容测试问题,文章提出了一套系统的测试方 法。研究过程主要涉及对车辆运行模式的解析、触发方式实现、运行模式与信号的关联,将 电场及磁场测试数据与实际监控信号关联,从而实现测试数据与运行模式的关联。验证结果 表明,通过这种方法可以对插电式混动车辆的各个运行模式进行遍历验证,且可以实现瞬时 超标问题的准确定位,实现了测试的充分性,避免在不同试验室导致测试数据的差异性过大, 简化问题定位难度。该方法可适用于 GB/T 18387-2017、GB 34660-2017、GB/T 18655-2018 等需要车辆动态运行的测试场景。
