涡旋压缩机排气阀片动态响应特性及性能优化

Abstract: Scroll compressors are widely used in refrigeration and air compression field due to their high efficiency and compact design. The exhaust valve plate, as its core component, directly affects the operating efficiency and durability of the whole machine. The purpose of the study is to explore the impact of different exhaust structures on the performance of the exhaust valve plate of scroll compressors, especially to evaluate the potential performance advantages of the exhaust valve plate equipped with buffer plate compared with traditional designs. The vibration characteristics, stress distribution and velocity changes of the valve plate under different exhaust structures are analyzed by simulation of ANSYS LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software. The performance of the exhaust valve plate with and without buffer plate during operation is studied. The results show that the valve plate with buffer plate has significant advantages in vibration amplitude and received stress. Compared with the valve without buffer plate, the vibration amplitude of the valve plate with buffer plate is smaller, the received stress is relatively low, the maximum vibration amplitude is reduced by 19%, the stress is reduced by 132 MPa, and the service life is significantly extended. The study provides a new idea for the design and optimization of the exhaust valve plate, and provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance and reliability of scroll compressors.

摘要: 涡旋压缩机因其高效能和紧凑设计在制冷和空气压缩领域得到广泛应用。排气阀片作 为其核心部件,直接影响着整机的运行效率与耐用性。研究旨在探讨不同排气结构对涡旋压 缩机排气阀片性能的影响,尤其是评估配备缓冲片的排气阀片相较于传统设计在性能上的潜 在优势。通过 ANSYS LS-DYNA 显式动力学软件的模拟仿真,分析了不同排气结构下阀片的 振动特性、应力分布和速度变化,研究了带有和不带缓冲片的排气阀片在工作过程中的性能 表现。结果表明,带缓冲片的阀片在振动幅度和所受应力方面均有显著优势。与无缓冲片的 阀片相比,带有缓冲片的阀片振动幅度更小,所受应力相比较低,振动幅度最大减少 19%, 应力降低 132 MPa,显著延长使用寿命。研究为排气阀片设计和优化提供了新思路,为提高 涡旋压缩机性能和可靠性提供了理论依据。
