Abstract: In order to take into account the problem that the front trailer hook of a commercial vehicle has sufficient strength and occupies the least space, the paper uses the trailer hook as the carrier, based on the static analysis module of ANSYS, and uses the trailer hook after SolidWorks parametric modeling to carry out the preliminary static analysis. Through the six sigma optimization module of ANSYS Workbench, sufficient parameter samples can be custom extracted and modeled automatically. Then based on the static analysis module of ANSYS Workbench, each model is calculated successively to obtain the final optimal design scheme. This method of using ANSYS Workbench six sigma analysis tool to optimize the design of commercial vehicle front trailer hook can complete the optimization design of a commercial vehicle front trailer hook, which has important guiding significance for the optimization design of mechanical parts.

摘要: 为兼顾某商用车前拖车钩既具有足够强度又占用最少空间的问题,文章以拖车钩为载 体,基于 ANSYS 静力分析模块,采用 SolidWorks 参数化建模后的拖车钩进行静力初步分析; 通过 ANSYS Workbench 的六西格玛优化模块,自定义抽取足够的参数样本并自动建模;再基 于 ANSYS Workbench 静力分析模块对各模型依次计算,获取最终优化设计方案。这种采用 ANSYS Workbench 六西格玛分析工具进行商用车前拖车钩优化设计的方法,完成某商用车前 拖车钩优化设计,对机械零部件优化设计有着重要的指导意义。
