Abstract: In order to solve the problem of offline performance testing of the charging system in the teaching of electric vehicle courses, design a controller area network (CAN) bus controlled charging system teaching platform. The article elaborates on the platform design from the composition of the charging system, working principle, platform architecture, hardware selection, software design, and test. Use the USB-CAN interface card to connect the PC as the upper computer to the charging system. Send CAN messages to control the operation of the charging system. Record the output voltage and current values of the 60 s loading test to determine the performance of the charging system. Carry out teaching through the teaching platform, students can master the knowledge and skills of CAN bus control principle of charging system, drive control, and charging machine testing, Provide visual learning scenarios for course instruction, job requirements for the integration of new technologies in electric vehicle repair, enhancing the effectiveness of practical training.

摘要: 为解决电动汽车课程教学中充电系统离线性能测试的问题,设计一款控制器局域网 (CAN)总线控制的充电系统教学平台,文章从充电系统组成、工作原理、平台架构、硬件 选用、软件设计、加载测试等阐述平台设计,使用 USB-CAN 接口卡、将 PC 机(上位机)作 为上位机接入充电系统,发送 CAN 报文控制充电系统工作,记录 60 s 加载测试的输出电压及 电流数值,能判定充电系统的工作性能。通过教学平台开展教学,学生可以掌握充电系统的 CAN 总线控制原理、驱动控制、充电机测试的知识和技能,为课程教学提供可视化的学习情 境,对接电动汽车维修新技术的岗位需求,提高实训教学效果。
