Abstract: The automotive industry is currently vigorously developing towards new energy, but the limitations of batteries have led to hybrid vehicles becoming the mainstream product in the market for a long time to come. In response to the problem of abnormal gear knocking noise in the current dual motor hybrid vehicle model, this article mainly discusses the generation mechanism and solutions. In the future, reference can be made to the solutions for abnormal starting noise described in this article to improve the quality of starting. Through research on the inertia, cylinder pressure, damping, and control strategy of the dual motor hybrid system, identify the impact of various factors on the issue of abnormal starting noise, and develop reasonable optimization and solutions based on various factors. By matching the system inertia, calibrate the strategy, the starting quality of a certain model of Hongqi has reached an industry-leading level.

摘要: 汽车产业目前向新能源方向大力发展,但电池的局限性导致未来很长一段时间,混合 动力汽车将成为市场主流产品。针对目前双电机混动车型所面临的起动工况齿轮敲击异响问 题,文章主要从产生机理及解决方案两方面论述,后续可参考所阐述的启机异响解决方案, 进行启机品质提升开发。通过对双电机混动系统的惯量、缸压、阻尼以及控制策略的研究, 可识别各个因素对启机异响问题影响,综合各个因素制定合理的优化及解决方案,通过对系 统惯量匹配标定策略,红旗某车型启机品质达到行业领先水平。
