Abstract: With the rapid iteration of automotive technology, especially the transition from traditional fuel vehicles to electric and intelligent ones, the undergraduate education in automotive service engineering is facing new challenges and opportunities. This article is based on the "five-dimensional integration" educational concept, which systematically promotes the reform and practice of talent cultivation mode in terms of teaching, learning, research, practice, and evaluation. It discusses how to effectively cultivate undergraduate talents in automotive service engineering that meet the demands of the new era under the background of current automotive technology iteration.The practical evidence demonstrates that this talent cultivation model significantly enhances students' abilities. This model exhibits notable advantages in improving students' practical skills and innovative capabilities, as well as promoting their overall development.

摘要： 随着汽车技术的快速迭代，特别是油车向电动化、智能化的转变，汽车服务工程本科 人才培养面临着新的挑战和机遇。文章基于“五维一体”的教育理念，即教学、学习、研究、 实践、评价五个方面系统推进人才培养模式改革与实践，探讨了在当前汽车技术迭代背景下， 如何有效培养适应新时代需求的汽车服务工程本科人才。实践证明，该人才培养模式促进了 学生能力提高，在提高学生实践能力和创新能力、促进学生全面发展等方面具有显著优势。
