Abstract: In vehicle side impact accidents, it is very important to improve the protection ability of remote occupants. The China-new car assessment program (C-NCAP) 2024 version introduces the virtual evaluation project of side far-end occupant protection, in which the head offset is the key inspection item, which is crucial to the accuracy of the virtual evaluation of vehicle side impact. Therefore, this paper proposes a dummy head displacement analysis method based on high-speed camera. The coordinate system is defined by a three-coordinate measuring instrument and the dummy head point model is obtained. The TEMA 6D software is used to track the movement of key marker points to obtain the dynamic data of the dummy head during the collision. These data are applied to the evaluation of far-end occupant protection in actual vehicle side impact, which provides important data support for vehicle safety performance analysis and has practical application significance.

摘要: 在车辆侧面碰撞事故中,提高远端乘员的保护能力至关重要。中国新车评价规程 (C-NCAP)2024 版引入了侧面远端乘员保护虚拟评价项目,其中头部偏移量是关键考察项, 对车辆侧面碰撞虚拟测评的精度至关重要。因此,文章提出了一种基于高速摄像的假人头部 位移量分析方法。通过三坐标测量仪定义坐标系并获取假人头部点模型,利用 TEMA 6D 软 件追踪关键标记点的运动,获取假人头部在碰撞过程中的动态数据。这些数据应用于实际车 辆侧面碰撞远端乘员保护评价,为车辆安全性能分析提供了重要的数据支持,具有实际应用 意义。
