Based on Cloud Big Data to Build Battery Electric Vehicle User Driving Cycles and Vehicle Energy Consumption Analysis

基于纯电动汽车用户云端大数据的工况 构建及整车能耗分析

Abstract: In order to accurately reflect the real energy consumption of vehicles, the construction method of the real road driving condition curve of battery electric vehicle users is studied. The short journey segments are obtained through the desensitized vehicle cloud big data, and based on the short journey segments, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis are conducted to construct the real road driving condition curves of several battery electric vehicle users. The vehicle energy consumption simulation model is built with AVL Cruise software for energy consumption simulation of the working condition curves. Finally, the curve energy consumption is obtained by the whole vehicle hub conversion test. The results show that there is no significant difference in energy consumption between the real road driving curves of users in different regions, months and models. Compared with China's light vehicle test conditions and the world's light vehicle test conditions, the constructed curve can better reflect the real driving energy consumption of users. The energy consumption of user working condition curve is 8.8% higher than that of China light vehicle test working condition curve, which can be used to guide the development of vehicle energy consumption.

摘要: 为准确反映车辆真实能耗,对纯电动汽车用户真实道路驾驶工况曲线的构建方法进行 了研究。通过已脱敏的整车云端大数据获取短行程片段,基于短行程片段进行主成分分析、 聚类分析和相关性分析,构建了多组纯电动汽车用户真实道路驾驶工况曲线,使用 AVL Cruise 软件搭建整车能耗仿真模型进行工况曲线的能耗仿真,最后实车进行整车转毂测试获取曲线 能耗。研究结果表明,构建不同地区、月份、车型的用户真实道路驾驶工况曲线没有明显的 能耗差异;与中国轻型车辆测试工况、世界轻型汽车测试工况曲线相比,构建的工况曲线更 能反映用户真实的驾驶能耗;用户工况曲线能耗比中国轻型车辆测试工况曲线高 8.8%,可以 用于指导整车能耗开发。
