Abstract: The integration of specialization and innovation has emerged as the essential means for applied undergraduate institutions to develop innovative, applied, and composite high-quality talents in light of the development requirements of new-quality productivity and the development trend of 'electrification, intelligence, shareability and connectedness' of automobiles. The connotation and theoretical foundation of the integration of specialization and innovation is first explained in this article, and then the problems existing in the construction process of this integration in applied undergraduate universities are analyzed. This study explores the cultivation path of innovative talents using School of Vehicle Engineering, Xi'an Aeronautical University as an example. This paper suggests a hierarchical and progressive curriculum system, a trinity practical teaching system of 'competitions, innovation, and research', and a thorough evaluation system in response to the talent development needs of the automotive industry. The purpose is to offer some references and inspiration for the vehicle engineering major's talent development approach in applied undergraduate universities.

摘要: 在新质生产力发展要求和汽车“电动化、网联化、智能化、共享化”发展趋势下,专 创融合成为应用型本科培养创新型、应用型和复合型高素质人才的必由之路。文章阐述了专 创融合的内涵和理论依据,分析了应用型本科专创融合建设过程中存在的问题,以西安航空 学院车辆工程专业为例,探索车辆工程专业创新型人才培养路径,面向汽车行业人才发展需 求,提出了分层递进专创融合课程体系、“赛创研”三位一体实践教学体系和专创融合全方位 评价体系,旨在为应用型本科车辆工程专业人才培养模式提供一定的参考和借鉴。
