Abstract: With the rise of a new round of science and technology and industrial revolution, the traditional engineering education model has been unable to meet the demand for high-tech talents for the rapid development and transformation and upgrading of industries. In order to effectively implement innovation practice education, the article takes automobile majors as an example, and starts from three aspects: building a systematic practice system, building a synergistic cultivation platform combining science and reality, and fostering a high-level innovation team for the integration of bachelor's and master's degrees, based on the curriculum teaching, using the competition project as a carrier, and using the research results as an index, deeply integrating the professional curriculum, undergraduate graduation design and different forms of innovation practice activities, and exploring a new model of cultivation throughout the whole process of bachelor's and master's degrees training. A new model of education that runs through the whole process of undergraduate and graduate training has been explored. It has been practically verified that the model is more systematic and popularized, and has the role of cultivating high-quality innovative and applied automotive engineering science and technology talents.

摘要: 随着新一轮科技和产业革命的兴起,传统工科教育模式已无法满足产业快速发展和转 型升级对高新人才的需求。为切实有效地实施创新实践教育,文章以汽车类专业为例,从构 建系统化实践体系、搭建理实结合协同育人平台、培育本硕融通高水平创新团队三个方面入 手,以课程教学为基础,以竞赛项目为载体,以研究成果为指标,将专业课程、本科毕业设 计和不同形式的创新实践活动深度融合,探索形成了一种贯穿本硕培养全过程的育人新模式, 经实践验证该模式系统性较强,普及程度较高,具备培养高素质创新型和应用型汽车工程科 技人才的作用。
