车身横摆抖动问题研究与解决

Abstract: Due to differences in the arrangement angle and component manufacturing matching of the drive shaft, it often leads to lateral shaking of the vehicle body, becoming a complaint point for users. The article focuses on the after-sales complaints about the lateral shaking of a certain car model. By decomposing the relevant influencing factors of the drive shaft that cause the lateral shaking of the car body and conducting experimental testing, it is found that the cause of the lateral shaking problem of the car body is the abnormal wear and pitting of the drive shaft cylindrical shell raceway. Further analysis of the influencing factors that cause abnormal pitting of the raceway wear reveals that the main cause of abnormal pitting of the cylindrical shell raceway wear is the improper use of lubricating grease. Finally, the problem is solved by replacing the lubricating grease, providing some reference for similar issues.

摘要: 驱动轴由于布置夹角和零部件制造匹配差异,时常导致车身横摆抖动问题,成为用户 抱怨的槽点。文章针对某车型售后抱怨车身横摆抖动问题,通过对引起车身横摆抖动的驱动 轴相关影响因子进行分解,并进行试验检测,锁定引起车身横摆抖动问题的原因是驱动轴筒 形壳滚道磨损异常起坑;再对引起滚道磨损异常起坑的影响因子进行分析,锁定筒形壳滚道 磨损异常起坑的主因是润滑脂采用不合理;最终通过更换润滑脂解决该问题,为相似问题提 供一定的参考。
