Abstract: In response to the "bottleneck" problem of automotive chip in the automotive industry, this article conductes research on the adaptability of pure electric passenger vehicle control chip in extreme environments, including high-cold environment, high-hot environment, high-humidity environment, and high-altitude environment. A self-developed control chip and controller are selected and replaced with 12 pure electric passenger vehicles. The test locations are Yakeshi in Inner Mongolia, Turpan in Xinjiang, Qionghai in Hainan, and Golmud in Qinghai, with a total driving distance reach 3×105 km. The extreme environment during the experimental process is a minimum temperature below -40 ℃, a maximum temperature above 50 ℃, a maximum relative humidity above 95 ℃, and a maximum altitude above 4 700 m. Meanwhile, a series of targeted operation tests and test case checks are conducted, and no faults related to the vehicle controller, onboard core control chip, or vehicle control operating system occurres. Research findings will provide effective experimental method guidance and experience reference for relevant testing work in the industry.

摘要： 针对汽车行业内车用芯片“卡脖子”的问题，文章开展了纯电动乘用车控制芯片在极 端环境下的适应性研究，涵盖高寒环境、高温环境、高湿环境和高原环境，选取了某款自主 研发的控制芯片及控制器，换装至 12 辆纯电动乘用车，试验地点分别为内蒙古牙克石、新疆 吐鲁番、海南琼海和青海格尔木，总行驶里程达到 3×105 km。试验过程中的极端环境为最低 气温小于-40 ℃、最高气温大于 50 ℃、最高相对湿度大于 95 ℃、最高海拔大于 4 700 m， 同时进行了一系列的针对性操作试验与测试用例检查，未发生与整车控制器、车载核心控制 芯片及车控操作系统相关的故障问题。研究成果将为行业内相关的测试工作提供有效的试验 方法指导及经验参考。
