Abstract: At present, automatic transmission of commercial vehicles has become a trend, and major domestic commercial vehicle manufacturing enterprises are actively researching and promoting it. The evaluation and acceptance of automatic manual transmission (AMT) shifting performance in heavy-duty commercial vehicles has become a popular research direction in the field of power systems. Most evaluation methods still rely on traditional fixed driving routes, which cannot comprehensively test the performance of AMT to guide development and optimization directions. This article proposes a multidimensional AMT performance testing method for different operating conditions, and conducts testing and analysis on the AMT of a heavy-duty commercial vehicle; Through research, it has been found that intense driving, mountainous areas with multiple slopes, and frequent acceleration and deceleration on national highways can lead to poor performance evaluation

摘要: 目前商用汽车变速自动化已成为趋势,国内各大商用车制造企业也在积极研发与推广。 重型商用汽车的自动变速器(AMT)换挡性能的评测与验收已成为动力系统领域的热门研究 方向,大部分测评方法仍是以传统的固定驾驶路线进行评测,无法全面测试 AMT 的性能用于 指导开发及优化方向。文章提出了不同工况的多维度 AMT 性能测试方法,并针对某重型商用 车 AMT 做了测试分析;通过研究发现激烈的驾驶行为、山区多坡道及国道经常加减速工况会 导致 AMT 性能评测较差,油耗增加,故 AMT 性能及策略的优化重点应为以上工况;通过测 试方法识别在不同工况下 AMT 的性能表现,有助于 AMT 产品开发及优化设计。
