整车防腐性能正向设计开发与验证

Abstract: The vehicle anticorrosive performance of forward design development and validation are beneficial for improving the quality of vehicle models, market competitiveness, and brand reputation, and it’s crucial for domestic car companies to build global competitiveness and promote the upward development of brand. This article puts forward the "pyramid" model and the "V-shaped" work promotion strategy for anticorrosive performance at three levels: vehicle, system and component, material and process. The target setting for vehicle anticorrosive affected by laws regulations, environmental factors and anticorrosive quality guarantee is discussed. The design key points and basic principles of the whole process of product development such as system and components, materials and processes are analyzed in detail. And provide recommendations for selecting galvanizes steel plates based on the typical parts anticorrosive risk classification of body-in-white parts. It is hope that it can provide reference for vehicle anticorrosive performance forward design development and promote quality improvement.

摘要: 整车防腐性能的正向设计开发与验证有益于提升车型品质、市场竞争力与品牌的美誉 度,对于国内车企构建全球竞争力、推动品牌向上发展至关重要。文章提出了整车、系统与 部件、材料与工艺三个层级的防腐性能“金字塔”模型与“V 字形”工作推进策略,论述了 法律法规、环境因素及腐蚀质保对整车防腐目标设定的影响,详细剖析了系统与部件、材料 与工艺等产品开发全过程的设计要点及遵循的基本原则,并根据白车身典型零部件腐蚀风险 划分等级给出镀锌钢板选择建议。希望能为整车防腐性能正向设计开发与验证提供借鉴与参 考,促进质量提升。
