Abstract: Hydro mount, as an important engine shake reduce device, the principle is to combine the spring and the damper into a compact unit, and the performance of the spring and the damper can be adjusted independently to achieve the ideal shake reduce effect. Based on the working principle of hydraulic mount, the paper explores the mathematical model of hydro mount and provide the theoretical calculation method of hydraulic mount damping peak value and damping angle. By the comparison between test and calculation indicates that the theoretical calculation method can predict the vibration response of the hydro mount. In addition, based on mathematic modal, this study analyzes the influence of the parameters of the mount on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount is given. These analysis results can provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of hydro mounts.

摘要: 液压悬置作为一种重要的发动机减振装置,将弹簧和液压阻尼器组合在紧凑的单元中, 可通过弹簧和阻尼器性能的独立调整,以达到理想的减振效果。研究基于液压悬置的工作原 理,探讨了液压悬置的数学模型,给出了液压悬置阻尼峰值及阻尼角的理论计算方法。通过 实测数据和计算结果的对比分析表明,该方法可以准确预测液压悬置的动态响应。此外,研 究还基于该数学模型分析了流道主要设计参数对液压悬置动态响应的影响,为液压悬置的设 计和优化提供了理论指导。
