Abstract: As one of the keys composition to the intelligent chassis control system of electric vehicle, the brake-by-wire system is the basis for realizing the braking control of autonomous vehicle. With the increasing requirements of vehicle intelligence, the requirements of braking system also increase, and the brake-by-wire system with redundant backup function is getting more and more attention. This paper expounds the structure, composition and function of the brake-by-wire system from two aspects of electronic hydraulic brake (EHB) system and electronic mechanical brake (EMB) system, simply introduces the redundancy principle and characteristics of different brake-by-wire system, and puts forward the development prospect of the redundancy of electric vehicle brake-by-wire system. As a result, multi-level redundancy control of the brake-by-wire system will be the direction of future focal point research.

摘要: 线控制动系统作为电动汽车智能底盘控制系统的关键组成之一,是实现自动驾驶车辆 制动控制的基础。随着人们对汽车智能化的要求越来越高,对制动系统要求也随之增加,而 具有冗余备份功能的线控制动系统越来越受关注。文章从电子液压制动(EHB)系统和电子 机械制动(EMB)系统两个方面,分别对线控制动系统结构、组成和功能进行阐述,简要介 绍了不同线控制动系统的冗余原理及特性,提出了电动汽车线控制动系统冗余的发展展望。 结果可知,线控制动系统的多级冗余及控制将是未来重点研究的方向。
