Abstract: With the advent of the new era of engineering, local colleges and universities need to update traditional teaching concepts and models to cultivate modern engineers with innovative thinking and practical abilities. Based on the engineering maker education concept, this paper proposes a "cross-integration, five-dynamic coordination" talent cultivation strategy for the internship curriculum. Taking the small car model as the teaching carrier, it closely integrates the fitter technology with vehicle manufacturing technology courses, designing a "five-dynamic" teaching process. It integrates a "four-in-one" curriculum system of ideological and political education to establish a dynamic comprehensive engineering training practice talent cultivation model. Practice has proved that this teaching model not only meets the needs of talent cultivation under the background of the new engineering discipline but also reflects the spirit of the engineering maker teaching reform of "three crosses, three integrations, and six practices". It has important implications for the teaching reform of local colleges and universities under the background of the new engineering discipline.

摘要: 随着新工科时代的到来,地方高校需致力于更新传统教学理念和模式,以培养具备创 新思维和实践能力的现代工程师。文章基于工程创客教育理念,提出了实践课程的“交叉融 合,五动协同”育人策略,以小车模型作为教学载体,将钳工工艺与车辆制造工艺学课程紧 密结合,设计了一套“五动”教学流程,融合“四位一体”的课程思政体系。实践证明,该 教学模式不仅满足了新工科背景下人才培养的需求,更体现了“三跨、三合、六实践”的工 程创客教学改革精神,对地方高校在新工科背景下的教学改革具有重要的启示作用。
