Abstract: This paper focuses on the application of cavity barrier technology in improving noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance, and compares the performance and application scenarios of prefabricated foam modules and two-component polyurethane foams. Through a detailed discussion of the process debugging, mixing ratio, pressure, temperature control and injection weight of the two-component polyurethane foam, the optimization and application of the material in practical production are demonstrated. The two-component polyurethane foam can significantly reduce the interior noise and improve the NVH performance under both acceleration and constant speed. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages of cavity foaming process compared with traditional methods in many aspects, compares the advantages of cavity foaming compared with prefabricated foaming modules in several aspects, and looks forward to its wide application prospects in the automotive industry.

摘要: 文章重点分析了空腔阻隔技术在提升噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)性能中的应用, 对比了预制发泡模块与双组份聚氨酯发泡材料的性能和应用场景。通过对双组份聚氨酯发泡 材料的工艺调试、混合比、压力、温度控制以及注射重量的详细讨论,展示了该材料在实际 生产中的优化和应用。双组份聚氨酯发泡材料在加速和匀速状态下均能显著降低车内噪声, 提升 NVH 性能。最后,文章总结了空腔发泡工艺相较于传统方法在多个方面的优势,对比了 空腔发泡在几个方面相较预制发泡模块存在的优势,并展望了其在汽车工业中的广泛应用前 景。
