Abstract: The essence of curriculum ideological and political construction is to cultivate morality and people, and student employment is one of the important tasks in higher vocational colleges. The curriculum ideological and political construction serves the employment work of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is inevitably an important task to improve the employment quality of higher vocational colleges. Based on the employment orientation, this paper researches and practices the ideological and political of automobile professional curriculums from six aspects, setting up the curriculum ideological and political teaching team, reorganizing the teaching content, sharing the resources of school and enterprise, enriching the ideological and political carrier, innovating the teaching mode, and establishing a multidimensional evaluation system. It can be seen from the evaluation results of the first and second curriculums that the teaching effect has been significantly improved. This research and practice can also help students to establish a correct view of employment.

摘要: 课程思政建设的本质是立德树人,学生就业是高职院校的重要工作之一,课程思政建 设服务于高职院校就业工作,因此,提升高职院校就业质量也就必然是其重要任务。文章基 于就业导向,通过组建课程思政教学团队、重组教学内容、校企资源共享、丰富思政载体、 创新教学模式、建立多维评价体系六个方面对汽车专业课程思政进行研究与实践。通过第一 课堂和第二课堂评价效果可知,教学效果有了明显提升,此研究和实践也可帮助学生树立正 确的就业观。
