Optimization and Verification of Carbon Fiber Composite Laminate Layup Process

碳纤维复合材料层压成型工艺优化及验证

Abstract: The demand for carbon fiber products in the field of car modification and customization is growing rapidly, but the research on manual lamination technology is relatively lack. A method of manual carbon fiber lamination layup of automotive trim parts is proposed, and the parameter process table and the evaluation dimension of appearance quality of carbon fiber trim parts after optimization are given. The solutions to the problems of the relationship between the viscosity of the primer and time, the formation of surface rubber bubbles, uneven pressure distribution and avoiding material waste are proposed and verified by experiments. The results show that: the best static time for the adhesive primer and carbon cloth is 60 s, the curing temperature of the surface adhesive is 60 ℃ and the holding time is 10 min, the coating amount of the surface adhesive at the characteristic surface of the trim is twice that of the plane, the film winding method can ensure uniform pressure, the edge length of the carbon cloth is 2 cm longer than the work piece is the best cutting size, and the drying temperature of the finish paint is 60 ℃ and the holding time is 20 min. The research has contributed to the improvement of manual carbon fiber lamination technology in the automotive customization industry, and its application potential can be extended to other fields requiring high-performance composite solutions.

摘要: 碳纤维产品在汽车改装个性化定制领域的需求迅速增长,但其对手工层压技术的研究 相对缺乏。研究提出了一种汽车饰件手工碳纤维层压成型的方法,给出了碳纤维饰件优化后 参数工艺表和外观质量的评价维度。对底胶粘度与时间的关系、面胶气泡的形成、不均匀压 力分布以及避免材料浪费的问题提出了解决办法,并进行实验验证。结果表明,底胶与碳布 粘贴的最佳静置时间 60 s、面胶固化温度 60 ℃且保温时间 10 min 为最佳;饰件特征面处面 胶涂抹量是平面处的 2 倍,用薄膜缠绕方法能确保压力均匀,碳布边长大于饰件 2 cm 为最佳 裁剪尺寸,面漆烘干温度为 60 ℃且保温时间 20 min 为最佳。研究为汽车定制行业改进手工 碳纤维层压技术提供了贡献,其应用潜力可扩展至其他需要高性能复合材料解决方案的领域。
