Abstract: In order to explore how to reduce the edge tensile stress of the dome glass by optimizing the design and process parameters, thus reducing the risk of cracking, the paper studies and collects the stress data of the top glass of six production models, and finds that the glass without silver plating and without black edge printing show less tensile stress. The annealing time, width of black edge and coating process are optimized, and the effectiveness of these measures is verified by experiments. The results show that extending the annealing time can slow down the cooling rate of the glass, reducing the width of the black edge helps to reduce the temperature difference, and using the cover coating rather than laser removal can reduce the stress concentration, all of these measures effectively reduce the edge stress and improve the overall safety of the glass. The research is of great significance to improve the safety and stability of electric vehicle dome glass, and provides an effective solution and theoretical basis for the material application and process optimization of dome glass in the automotive industry.

摘要: 为探究如何通过优化设计和工艺参数来降低穹顶玻璃的边缘张应力,从而减少裂片风 险,文章研究采集了六款量产车型顶玻璃的应力数据,发现无镀银和无黑边印刷的玻璃呈现 较小的张应力。据此,优化了退火时间、黑边宽度和镀膜工艺,并通过实验验证了这些措施 的有效性。研究结果表明,延长退火时间能够减缓玻璃降温速度、减小黑边宽度有助于降低 温差、采用盖板镀膜而非激光除膜可以减少应力集中,这些措施均有效降低了边缘应力,提 高了玻璃的整体安全性。研究对提升电动汽车穹顶玻璃的安全性和稳定性具有重要意义,为 汽车行业穹顶玻璃在材料应用和工艺优化提供了有效的解决方案和理论依据。
