Abstract: With the development of new technology, China's automobile industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, intelligent, electric and other technical routes in coordination with the development of highly skilled personnel training task more urgent. Higher vocational education plays a fundamental role in cultivating highly skilled personnel.The advanced practical teaching system of "doing in learning, training in doing, researching in training and creating in research" proposed in this paper can better solve the existing problems such as unclear teaching objectives and imperfect teaching system. By clarifying teaching objectives, reconstructing teaching contents, improving the assessment system, enriching teaching resources, and strengthening the teaching staff, we can promote the coordinated development of students' professional knowledge and ability, core technical level and comprehensive quality.

摘要: 随着新技术的发展,我国汽车产业正处于转型升级关键期,智能化、电动化等多技术 路线协同并进,高技能人才培养任务愈加紧迫。高职教育在培养高技能人才中发挥着基础作 用,文章提出的“学中做、做中训、训中研、研中创”能力进阶式实践教学体系,能较好地 解决当前存在的教学目标不明确、教学体系不完善等问题,通过明晰教学目标、重构教学内 容、完善考核体系、丰富教学资源、强化师资队伍等,促进学生专业知识能力、核心技术水 平和综合素质协调发展。
