Abstract: With the explosive growth of domestic new energy vehicle production and sales for many years, China's vehicle industry has experienced rapid development. In 2023, the number of vehicle exports has jumped to the top of the world for the first time, follows by a shortage of skilled talents in overseas new energy vehicle. At the same time, the shortage of vocational education standards and teaching resources with international influence has been exposed. The paper takes the teaching of Thai international students majoring in new energy vehicle technology at Chongqing Technology and Business Institute as an example, analyzes the necessity and current problems of developing virtual simulation training resources for overseas students, and explores the construction of virtual simulation training course system suitable for international student teaching and new model for developing virtual simulation course resources. Design of the virtual and real collaborative teaching combined with the learning situation, solve the development and application problems of virtual simulation training resources for similar universities overseas, and help promote the overseas implementation of professional standards and teaching resources in vocational education in China.

摘要: 随着国内新能源汽车产销量连续多年爆发式增长,全国汽车产业得到快速发展,2023 年汽车出口数量首次跃居全球第一,随之而来的是海外新能源汽车技能人才缺口出现,与此 同时暴露出具有国际影响的职业教育标准和教学资源等匮乏的问题。文章以重庆工商职业学 院新能源汽车技术专业泰国留学生教学为例,分析面向海外的虚拟仿真实训教学资源开发必 要性和目前存在的问题,探索构建适合留学生教学的虚拟仿真实训课程体系和虚仿课程资源 开发的新模式。结合学情进行虚实协同教学设计,解决同类院校面向海外的虚仿实训资源开 发和应用问题,助力推动全国职业教育专业标准、教学资源等海外落地。
