Abstract: The present situation of evaporative emission of gasoline vehicles in a city is studied through a spot check on the evaporative pollutant control system of 2 000 gasoline vehicles in the city. In the process of spot check, the fuel tank cap test, the fuel inlet pressure test and the evaporation pollutant discharge test are mainly carried out. Firstly, in view of the low detection rate of fuel tank cap pressure, it is recommended to add relevant equipment to improve the detection rate; secondly, in view of the problem that the pipe cannot be clamped in the fuel inlet pressure detection, it is necessary to optimize the detection process or update the detection equipment; then, it is also necessary to focus on special use scenarios, such as vehicle evaporation emissions situation after refueling; finally, in order to promote the standardization of relevant testing, it is recommended to promote industry and local standards to standardize the working position of vehicles fuel tank cap pressure detection and fuel inlet pressure detection.

摘要: 通过对某市 2 000 台汽油机动车蒸发污染物控制系统进行抽查,深入了解该市汽油机 动车蒸发排放现状。在抽查过程中,主要进行了油箱盖测试、进油口压力测试、蒸发污染物 排放测试。首先,针对油箱盖压力检测率较低问题,建议增置相关设备以提高检测率;其次, 针对进油口压力检测中的无法夹管问题,需优化检测流程或更新检测设备;然后,还需要重 点关注特殊使用场景,如加油后车辆蒸发排放情况;最后,为推动相关检测的标准化,建议 推动行业及地方标准以规范车辆油箱盖压力检测、进油口压力检测的工作位置
