Abstract: In order to improve the fuel economy of hybrid vehicles, an efficiency analysis method is proposed. By determining the relationship between engine fuel consumption and battery state of charge at different operating points of the vehicle, the battery power is converted into equivalent mileage. The goal is to calculate the optimal efficiency of the system at different operating points under different modes, with the maximum comprehensive mileage at each operating point as the objective, and optimize the optimal efficiency maps and corresponding torque distribution or power diversion maps for each mode, apply them to the actual vehicle control strategy, and reduce the calibration development cycle. Experiments have shown that the battery's state of charge remains balanced within a predetermined range, and the engine's operating points are distributed within an efficient area, which can effectively improve the real-time performance of hybrid control and the fuel economy of the entire vehicle, reducing system energy loss. This method can be calculated offline without relying on engineering experience, providing theoretical reference for vehicle calibration development, greatly reducing calibration development cycle and cost, and has good real-time performance when applied to vehicle strategy

摘要: 为了提高混动车辆的燃油经济性,提出一种效率分析方法,通过确定车辆在不同工况 点的发动机燃油消耗和电池荷电状态的关系,将电池功率折算成等效里程,以每一工况点的 综合里程最长为目标,来计算系统在不同模式下不同工况点的最优效率,并寻优得出各模式 下的最优效率图谱以及对应的扭矩分配或功率分流图谱,应用于实车控制策略,缩减标定开 发周期。试验表明,电池荷电状态在预定范围内保持平衡,发动机运行工作点分布于高效区 域内,能有效提高混动控制的实时性和整车燃油经济性,减少系统能量损失。该方法可以离 线计算,不依赖于工程经验,为整车标定开发提供理论参考,大大缩减标定开发周期,降低 成本,且应用于整车策略中实时性好。
