Abstract: In response to the current situation of incomplete and inconsistent high-cold environment reliability running test method for new energy vehicles, this article develops a new test method, which provides clear requirements for the test environment, test vehicle, test route, drive operation, and inspection content. At the same time, this article provides relevant ways or measures for fault detection, judgment, and handling. By selecting six new energy vehicles, the test was carried out in Yakeshi City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the fault statistics and analysis were carried out. From the test results, it can be seen that the developed test method is effective and can comprehensively stimulate vehicle faults. At the same time, some new types of faults were discovered, which needs to be taken seriously by the vehicle enterprise. It is hoped that this study can provide relevant test guidance for vehicle enterprises.

摘要: 针对行业内新能源汽车高寒环境可靠性行驶试验方法不完善、不统一的现状,文章开 发了新的试验方法,对试验环境、试验车辆、试验工况、驾驶操作、检查与记录等做出了明 确的要求,同时提供了故障发现、判断和处理的相关途径或措施。通过选取 6 辆新能源汽车, 在内蒙古自治区牙克石市开展试验测试,进行了故障的统计和分析。从试验结果可知,所开 发的试验方法行之有效,能够有效激发车辆故障,同时发现了一些新型故障,需要引起整车 企业重视,希望该研究可以给整车企业提供相关试验指导。
