浅谈后制动卡钳设计规范要求

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the requirements of rear brake caliper design specification, and optimizes the process of rear brake caliper design under meeting the regulatory requirements. By combining the vehicle performance parameters with the rear brake caliper design, the rear brake caliper design strategy is formulated, and the key technical parameters and materials are obtained during the test of designing the rear brake caliper. Finally, by computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis, under 16 MPa hydraulic pressure, the static strength of the brake caliper is 280.6 MPa and the stiffness is 0.254 mm. Through the CAE analysis of R127.8 bracket, the static strength and stiffness of 10 MPa are 302.9 MPa and 0.298 mm, which provides a valuable reference for the design and optimization of rear brake calipers in the automobile industry.

摘要: 文章简要介绍后制动卡钳设计规范要求,在满足法规要求下,优化后制动卡钳设计的 过程。通过将整车性能参数与后制动卡钳设计的结合,制定后制动卡钳设计策略,在设计后 制动卡钳过程中,通过试验测试得出关键技术参数和材料。最后,应用计算机辅助工程(CAE) 分析得出,在 16 MPa 液压下,制动卡钳静强度为 280.6 MPa,刚度为 0.254 mm;通过对 R127.8 支架 CAE 分析得出,在 10 MPa 液压下,静强度及刚度情况为静刚度 302.9 MPa,刚度 0.298 mm, 研究为汽车行业后制动卡钳设计和优化提供了有价值的参考。
