Abstract: When the automotive industry enters the era of intelligent electric vehicles, the car companies are no longer just simple integrators, they hope to define the system, and focus on key technologies to achieve value-added. In view of the changes in the technology development of car companies, this paper expounds the definition and difference of vehicle development process and technology development process. Technology development process is divided into technology innovation process and technology platform process according to development content and output. This paper discusses the development characteristics of the two, and introduces the key points of technology development projects in the areas of pure electric platform, power battery and intelligent driving, aiming to provide references for the management of technology development project, and improve the independent ability and product competitiveness of car companies.

摘要： 现如今，汽车行业进入智能电动汽车时代，车企整车开发的方向不再只是简单的集成 商，而是希望把握和定义系统，并聚焦核心技术实现增值。针对车企技术开发的变化，文章 阐述了整车开发流程、技术开发流程的定义与差异。技术开发流程根据开发内容及成果输出 不同分为技术创新流程和技术平台流程，文章探讨了两者的开发特点，并介绍了纯电平台、 动力电池、智能驾驶技术开发项目管理方式上的要点，旨在为车企技术开发项目管理提供参 考，提升车企自主可控力和产品竞争力。
