Abstract: Due to the large differences between battery electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles in the main structure and the proportion of the value, traditional fuel vehicle second-hand car price evaluation method is not fully applicable to battery electric second-hand car. Comparing the characteristics of current market method and replacement cost method, the replacement cost method is selected as the evaluation method. The evaluation model is modified according to the actual technical condition of battery electric second-hand car, and the comprehensive coefficient is adjusted according to seven factors such as nominal mileage. The feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method are verified by practical cases, and the research results have important guiding significance for the value evaluation of battery electric second-hand car.

摘要: 由于纯电动汽车与传统燃油汽车在主要结构和价值占比等方面存在较大差异,传统燃 油汽车二手车价格评估方法并不完全适用纯电动汽车二手车。文章对比现行市价法和重置成 本法的特点,选取重置成本法作为评估方法。根据纯电动二手车实际技术状况对评估模型进 行修正,并根据标称续航里程等 7 个因素调整综合系数。以实际案例验证了评估法的可行性 和有效性,研究成果对纯电动二手车价值评估具有重要指导意义。
