Abstract: As automobile manufacturing tends to be customized and the number of models continues to increase, the improvement of adaptive gluing and laminating devices has become crucial, and it is necessary to consider the on-site process requirements and the flexibility of tooling to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring the quality of products. This paper introduces the design of a multi-vehicle flexible gluing and laminating device, which can facilitate the operation of field staff and improve the gluing efficiency and quality of different types of body-in-white. The unit consists of an adjustable roller mechanism with hidden threads and a press handle with an adjustable angle, which can be adapted to the operation of different sizes of rubber diameter, ensuring body tightness and noise, vibration and harshness (NVH). Especially in the small batch mixed line production in the trial production stage of new models, it provides an innovative portable solution that can be adjusted quickly, while improving production efficiency and glue consistency. Compared with existing manual tooling, the number of tooling accessories required can be significantly reduced, and management costs are also reduced.

摘要: 随着汽车制造趋向于用户定制化、车型数量不断增加,适应性强的涂胶覆膜装置改善 则变得至关重要,需综合考虑现场工艺需求和工装的柔性可调,进而提高效率、降低成本, 同时确保产品的质量。文章介绍了一种多车型通用的柔性涂胶覆膜装置的设计,能方便现场 员工操作并提高不同车型白车身的涂胶效率和质量。该装置主要包括带有隐藏螺纹的可调节 辊轮机构和可调角度的按压手柄,可适应不同尺寸胶径的作业,确保车身密封性以及噪声、 振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)。特别是在新车型试制阶段的小批量混线生产中,提供了一种创新 的可快速调整的便携式的解决方案,同时提高了生产效率和涂胶的一致性。对比现有的手动 工装,能显著减少所需的工装辅具的数量,还减少了管理成本。
