Design of Powder Metallurgy Forming Mold for the Gear Hub of Certain Transmission Synchronizer

某变速箱同步器齿毂粉末冶金成形模具设计

Abstract: Design a synchronizer hub forming mold based on the structural characteristics of a certain gearbox synchronizer hub and the principle of equal forming speed and forming rate in powder metallurgy mold design. Design the forming die using variable modulus design method, ropose a design scheme for forming the core rod for the positioning hole, and establish a mold assembly diagram based on the designed mold diagram, and analyze the feasibility of the mold design scheme. Verify the rationality of the forming mold design through mold installation experiments. The results show that the trial production of the gear hub meets the requirements of the automotive company in terms of size, accuracy, and functionality through processes such as shaping and sintering, and successfully achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as the development of synchronous gear hub forming molds.

摘要: 针对某变速箱同步器齿毂的结构特点,以及粉末冶金模具设计中成形速度和成形速率 相等原理设计同步器齿毂成形模具。采用变模数设计法设计成形阴模,对定位孔用成形芯棒 设计方案,将设计的模具图建立模具组立图,分析设计模具方案可行性。通过模具装机实验, 验证成形模具设计合理性。结果表明,试生产的齿毂经过整形烧结等工艺均符合汽车公司在 尺寸、精度及功能等方面要求,成功实现了降本增效和同步器齿毂成形模具的开发。
