Abstract: Standardized layout of pipeline harnesses for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicle can reduce the risk of wear and failure, improve safety and reliability. This paper analyzes the necessity of standardized layout of pipeline harnesses for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, and discusses the method and solution of standardization layout. This method is based on the logic and rationality of pipeline harnesses layout, taking into account factors such as vehicle structure, functional modules, and wiring requirements. After practical application and debugging, the standardized layout method has achieved significant results in improving the efficiency of pipeline harnesses layout, reducing failure rates, and enhancing vehicle performance. This method can help commercial vehicle manufacturing enterprises to improve the standard level of pipeline harnesses layout, which can provide reference for research and practice in related fields.

摘要: 规范化的管线束布置可以降低磨损和失效风险,提高安全性和可靠性。文章分析了中 重型商用车管线束布置规范化的必要性,探讨了规范化布置方法和解决方案,该方法基于管 线束布置的逻辑性和合理性,考虑了车辆结构、功能模块和布线需求等因素。经过实际应用 和调试,规范化布置方法在提高管线束布置效率、降低故障率和提升整车性能方面取得了显 著成效,车辆的稳定性和可靠性得到了有效提升。该方法可帮助商用车辆制造企业提升管线 束布置规范化水平,为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。
