Abstract: Although the natural gas vehicle has good emission and economy, it also has the defect of insufficient power, which affects the market promotion and application of the vehicle. In order to solve the problem of insufficient power of compressed natural gas (CNG) bus, on the basis of not changing the original engine structure, firstly, by adjusting the engine jet pressure and ignition advance angle, the engine power and torque loss are reduced as much as possible. Then, the engine is mounted on a light passenger model, and the gas system is arranged through reasonable design. Finally, the vehicle simulation software AVL Cruise is used to establish a dynamic simulation model to match the optimal combination of transmission and rear axle speed ratio. After the actual road test verification, the power of CNG vehicle can reach more than 90% of similar gasoline engine models, which can meet the actual use needs of users.

摘要: 天然气汽车虽然具有良好的排放性和经济性,但也存在动力不足的缺陷,影响整车市 场推广和应用。为了能解决压缩天然气(CNG)客车动力性不足的问题,在不改变原发动机 结构的基础上,首先,通过调整发动机喷气压力和点火提前角,尽可能减少发动机功率和扭 矩损失;然后,将该发动机搭载在轻客某车型上,通过合理设计布置燃气系统;最后,利用 整车模拟软件 AVL Cruise,建立动力性仿真模型,匹配最优的变速箱和后桥速比组合。经过 实际道路测试验证,CNG 整车动力可达到同类汽油机车型的 90%以上,能够满足用户实际使 用需求。
