Abstract: At present, the market share of E-shifter products is not high, and the technical competitiveness is weak. To this end, take the research and development process of knob type E-shifter used in new energy models as an example, explain its functional principle, structural design scheme, and the design process of knob operating torque and operating feel. In the design of knob operating torque, because the friction torque is difficult to be estimated accurately, a method of fuzzy theory design with multi-type springs physical verification is proposed. The measured results meet the design requirements, this method could effectively reduce the difficulty and development time. Finally, the research experience of similar products is summarized from the selection of feel scheme, reducing friction torque, shock vibration, etc., which provides a reference for the structural design and optimization of similar products.

摘要: 目前国产电子换挡器产品市场占有率不高,技术竞争力偏弱。为此,以某新能源车型 旋钮式电子换挡器的研发为例,讲解了其工作原理与主体结构方案,以及旋钮操作力矩和操 作手感的设计优化过程。在开展操作力矩设计时,因摩擦力矩难以准确估算,提出模糊理论 设计+多型号弹簧实物验证的方法,实测结果满足设计要求,有效缩减了电子换挡器的开发难 度与周期;最后从手感方案选型、降低摩擦力矩、冲击震感等多方面总结了换挡旋钮的操作 手感优化方法,为同类产品的结构设计与优化提供参考。
