新能源商用车雨刮不工作故障诊断与分析

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the failure reasons of new energy commercial vehicle wiper not working, and put forward an effective fault diagnosis method. Using the method of combining theory and practice, through the in-depth analysis of the working principle of the wiper device, combined with the real car fault cases, the key factors that may lead to the failure of the wiper are identified. It is found that circuit failure and motor damage are the main reasons. In order to solve this problem, the fault diagnosis process and preventive measures are put forward. The results of this study are of great significance for the maintenance and troubleshooting of new energy commercial vehicle wiper devices, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the safety and reliability of new energy commercial vehicles. Based on the diagnostic results, corresponding maintenance suggestions and conclusions are given, and powerful technical support and solutions are provided for maintenance personnel.

摘要: 为探究新能源商用车雨刮不工作的故障原因,并提出有效的故障诊断方法。文章采用 理论与实践相结合的方法,通过对雨刮装置的工作原理进行深入分析,结合实车故障案例, 识别出可能导致雨刮失效的关键因素。研究发现,电路故障、电机损坏是主要原因,为解决 这一问题,提出了针对性的故障诊断流程和预防措施。研究成果对新能源商用车雨刮装置的 维护和故障排除具有重要意义,为提升新能源商用车的安全性和可靠性提供了理论支持和实 践指导,并基于诊断结果,给出了相应的维修建议和总结,为维修人员提供了有力的技术支 持和解决方案。
