Abstract: The electromagnetic regenerative damper simply relies on the motor to provide damping force. On the one hand, the motor power is too small, resulting in insufficient damping force, and on the other hand, the motor power is too large, resulting in uncontrollable cost. On this basis, this paper proposes the scheme of parallel connection between electromagnetic regenerative damper and traditional damper. Simulink is used to establish the vehicle simulation model containing energy regenerative system, and the motor power and parallel damping are determined by simulation analysis of vehicle performance, so as to provide optimal damping force while controlling cost, so as to ensure good vehicle performance. At the same time, a method is proposed to improve the damping characteristics of paralleled traditional damper, which can recover more energy by motor while improving vehicle performance.

摘要: 电磁馈能减振器单纯依靠电机提供阻尼力,一方面会出现电机功率过小导致阻尼力不 足,另一方面会出现电机功率过大从而导致成本无法控制的现象。在此基础上文章提出了电 磁馈能减振器与传统减振器并联的方案,采用 Simulink 建立含有馈能系统的车辆仿真模型, 通过仿真分析车辆性能的优劣来确定电机功率及并联阻尼的大小,在控制成本的同时提供最 优的阻尼力,从而确保车辆性能良好。同时还提出了改进并联传统减振器阻尼特性的方法, 在改善车辆性能的同时利用电机回收更多的能量。
