Abstract: The automotive steering device is a key device for drivers to achieve their driving intentions. In order to further improve the accuracy of automotive steering device testing work, this article introduces the steering device testing methods for automotives in chapter six of the European Standard Uniform Provisions on the Approval of Vehicles in Terms of Steering Devices (UN Regulation No.79/03), and compares the similarities and differences between the analytical standards of the national standard GB 17675-2021. According to the test method of the European standard, an uncertainty analysis of steering control force is conducted on a certain N2 class truck as an example, and directions for improving the accuracy of the test are proposed through analysis.

摘要: 汽车转向装置是驾驶员实现车辆驾驶意图的关键装置。为了进一步提升车辆转向装置 试验检测工作的准确性,文章介绍了欧标《关于就转向装置方面批准车辆的统一规定》(UN Regulation No.79/03)中第六章车辆的转向装置试验方法,对比国标 GB 17675-2021 解析标 准的异同。根据欧标的试验方法,以某 N2 类载货汽车为例进行转向操纵力的不确定度分析, 通过分析提出提升该试验准确性的方向。
