Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of production level, the automobile industry is faced with the problem of lack of new professional and technical personnel. Vocational colleges are the main channels for professional and technical personnel training, the article mainly takes automobile majors as an example, aiming at the requirements of new energy automobile technology skills competition on the professional ability of participants, and the requirements of the operation standards of the competition, ect. Vocational education teaching reform should be carried out in the aspects of students' ideology, teachers' professional ability, personnel training mode, practical training conditions, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching quality evaluation, etc. By holding or participating in vocational skills competition, the education and teaching reform of automotive majors is promoted, the training quality of automotive majors in higher vocational colleges is improved, a large number of professional and technical talents are provided for the automotive industry, and the integration of competition and teaching is realized.

摘要: 随着社会经济的迅速发展以及生产水平的不断提高,汽车行业面临着新型专业技术人 才匮乏的问题。高职院校是专业技术人才培养的主要渠道,文章主要是以汽车类专业为例, 针对新能源汽车技术类技能竞赛对参赛人员专业能力的要求、竞赛的操作规范要求等,在学 生思想观念、教师专业能力、人才培养模式、实训条件及校企合作、教学质量评价等方面进 行职业教育教学改革。通过举办或参加职业技能竞赛来推动汽车类专业的教育教学改革,提 高了高职院校汽车专业学生的培养质量,为汽车行业提供了大量的专业技术人才,实现了赛、 教融合。
