Abstract: This paper mainly explores and discusses the whole process of fixture acceptance in welding workshop, the specific work that needs to be carried out in each link, and the problems that need attention. At the same time, it is also a summary of the acceptance experience of the previous model fixture design scheme. In the actual work development process, skilled use of plan, do, check, act (PDCA) thinking mode, encounter specific fixture design or installation problems from the man-machine material method and other dimensions of the problem analysis. Raise questions to analyze problems, as well as solutions to problems, full-dimensional tracking and verification, and finally form a systematic guidance program. It provides a feasible method research and technical guidance for the follow-up similar work, which is a good practical problem case base and problem solution, and has certain popularization value.

摘要: 文章主要探究和讨论焊装车间夹具验收时,其整个夹具验收的流程,每个环节需要开 展的具体工作,以及需要注意的问题,同时也是对以往车型的夹具设计方案验收经验的总结。 在实际的工作开展过程中,熟练运用计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)的思维模式,遇到具 体的夹具设计或安装问题从人机料法环测等维度分析问题原因。从提出问题到分析问题,以 及问题的解决方案,全维度跟踪和验证,最终形成系统性的指导方案。对后续类似工作的开 展提供一种可行的方法研究和技术指导,是较好的实际问题案例库和问题解决方案,具有一 定的推广价值。
