Abstract: In order to study the shell strength of the electronic limited slip differential (ELSD), the ELSD's shell finite element analysis model is established based on ABAQUS platform, and the correctness of the model is verified by modal analysis results. Two kinds of limit conditions are set up, and Romax and ABAQUS are combined to analyze the stress and strain analysis under different working conditions of the ELSD. The results show that the maximum stress value of condition 2 is larger, and the value is less than the allowable stress of QT450-10, indicating that the shell strength can meet the use requirements. At the same time, damage is easy to occur at the maximum strain under different working conditions, which provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of the shell of the ELSD.

摘要: 为研究电控限滑差速器(ELSD)的壳体强度,基于 ABAQUS 平台建立 ELSD 壳体有 限元分析模型,并通过模态分析结果验证模型的正确性。设置两种极限工况,联合 Romax 与 ABAQUS 对电控限滑差速器不同工况进行应力应变等分析。结果显示,工况二的最大应力较 大,且最大应力值小于壳体材料 QT450-10 的许用应力,说明壳体强度能满足使用需求;同时, 不同工况下应变最大值处易产生损坏,为电控限滑差速器壳体进一步优化提供理论依据。
