Verification and Optimization Method for Transmission Shaft Layout of Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicle

重型商用车传动轴布置校核及优化方法

Abstract: Cross shaft universal joint drive is mostly used in heavy commercial vehicle, and the cross shaft arrangement angle is an important factor affecting the service life of the drive shaft assembly. Firstly, by analyzing the failure mode and stress situation of the transmission shaft, it is concluded that the excessive transmission shaft angle is one of the main reasons for its failure. Then, the optimal arrangement angle of dynamics is obtained by using multi-body model and design of experiment (DOE) analysis method. Finally, the transmission shaft arrangement hard point, connection flange offset distance and flange length are optimized. The equivalent angle of the transmission shaft is significantly reduced after optimization, which effectively improves the service life of the transmission shaft and solves the problem of transmission shaft failure.

摘要: 重型商用车多采用十字轴万向节传动,传动轴十字轴布置夹角是影响传动轴总成寿命 的重要因素。首先,通过对传动轴失效模式和受力情况进行分析,得出传动轴夹角过大是导 致其失效的主要原因之一,然后采用多体模型与试验设计(DOE)分析方法得出动力学的最 优布置角度,最后对传动轴布置硬点、连接法兰偏置距与法兰长度进行优化。优化后传动轴 当量夹角明显减小,有效提升传动轴使用寿命,解决了传动轴失效问题。
