基于柱碰工况的假人胸压优化策略

Abstract: According to the results released by the Zhongqi evaluation in 2022, the overall chest scoring rate of the pillar touch dummy is low. In order to solve the problem of excessive chest pressure of dummy with column impact, this paper studies the development process of side column impact of a vehicle, and adopts simulation analysis, Narrow-gap test and pulley test to optimize the side airbag (SAB) package type, and verifies the optimization strategy through vehicle test. The study shows that the SAB package type is closely related to the arm lifting posture and chest injury of the dummy. Adjusting the design height of the SAB shoulder region can effectively improve the arm lifting posture of the dummy and reduce the chest injury. The results of this paper can provide a new development idea for the passive safety development of column collision.

摘要: 根据 2022 年中汽测评发布的成绩,柱碰假人整体胸部得分率较低。为了解决柱碰假人 胸压超标问题,文章基于某车型侧面柱碰开发过程进行了研究,采用仿真分析与 Narrow-gap 试验、滑车试验结合的方法进行了侧气囊(SAB)的包型优化,并通过整车试验进行了优化 策略验证。文章研究表明,SAB 包型与假人抬手臂姿态、胸部伤害密切相关,通过调整 SAB 肩部区域设计高度可以有效的改善假人抬手臂姿态、降低胸部伤害,文章结果可以为柱碰被 动安全开发提供新的开发思路。
