Abstract: With the increasing demand for power performance and fuel consumption of hybrid vehicle, bidirectional direct current to direct current (DC/DC) converters become one of the possible directions to meet user requirements. Based on the application of the bidirectional DC/DC converter in the hybrid vehicle, the paper analyzes the Honda power control unit (PCU) system, the different topological structures and the benefit of using the dual-way staggered topology. Analyze the problems that the bidirectional DC/DC converter may encounter in the hybrid system. And provides suggestions for the selection of bidirectional DC/DC converter for hybrid vehicle.

摘要: 随着用户对混合动力汽车的动力性能和油耗追求越来越高,搭载双向直流转直流 (DC/DC)变换器成为满足用户要求的可能方向之一。文章针对双向 DC/DC 变换器在混合动 力汽车中的应用,分别分析了本田动力控制单元(PCU)系统、不同的拓扑结构选型、双路 交错拓扑收益等,并分析双向 DC/DC 变换器在混动系统中可能遇到技术难点,为混合动力汽 车采用双向 DC/DC 变换器选择提供意见。
