Abstract: In order to make the pre-charging system have high stability, this paper takes Changchun University FCC team college students' electric formula car as the research object, uses Simscape model library in MATLAB/Simulink to build the pre-charging control strategy model, pre-charging circuit, pre-charging heat-resistance model, and the discharge circuit model, and analyzes the influence of the pre-charging of the drive system when the direct current/direct current (DC/DC) is powered up. The results show that the capacitor terminal voltage is basically unchanged after the pre-charging time is more than 0.5 s. When the DC/DC circuit is powered up, the pre-charging monitoring time is 0.7 s, and the stability of power-up success is high. Finally, the real-vehicle verification is carried out, and the real-vehicle test results are consistent with the simulation results, and the pre-charging system has a certain degree of rationality and accuracy.

摘要: 为了使预充电系统具有较高的稳定性,文章以长春大学 FCC 车队大学生电动方程式赛 车为研究对象,使用 MATLAB/Simulink 中 Simscape 模型库搭建预充电控制策略模型、预充 电电路、预充电阻热模型、放电回路模型,并分析直流转直流(DC/DC)电源上电时对驱动 系统预充的影响。结果表明,预充时间大于 0.5 s 后电容端电压基本不变,DC/DC 电路上电时, 预充监测时间为 0.7 s,上电成功稳定性较高。最后进行实车验证,实车测试结果与仿真结果 一致,预充电系统具有一定的合理性与准确性。
