Abstract: With the continuous promotion of China's "dual carbon" goals and the imminent implementation of fourth stage fuel consumption regulations, energy conservation and emission reduction in the heavy truck industry are urgent. Because hybrid technology has excellent carbon emission and fuel consumption reduction capabilities, it has become an important way for heavy truck to meet the requirements of this regulation. This paper focuses on analyzing the classification and characteristics, application scenarios, current application status, and future trends the configuration of hybrid heavy truck. Analysis shows that the configuration of hybrid heavy truck is mainly divided into three types: series type, parallel type, and hybrid type. Hybrid heavy truck require flexible matching of different hybrid configuration based on operating conditions and application scenarios. At present, the series, parallel and hybrid configuration have been applied in the market in different scenarios, among which the P2 parallel configuration is the mainstream application configuration. In the future, the heavy truck hybrid configuration will be diversified, and the efficient integrated special hybrid assembly will be the focus of the future.

摘要: 随着中国“双碳”目标的持续推进以及第四阶段油耗法规限值的即将实施,重卡领域 的节能减排已是刻不容缓,由于混合动力技术拥有出色的降碳排和降油耗能力,因此,成为 重卡满足该法规要求的重要途径。文章着重分析了混合动力重卡构型的分类及特点、应用场 景、应用现状及未来趋势。经分析表明,混动重卡构型主要分为串联式、并联式、混联式三 种,混动重卡需要根据运行工况及应用场景的不同,灵活匹配不同混动构型。目前串联、并 联、混联构型已在不同场景下得到市场应用,其中 P2 并联构型是主流应用构型,未来重卡混 动构型将向多元化发展,而高效集成专用混动总成将是重卡混动构型未来发展的重点。
