Abstract: In the context of the digital information society, the construction of training bases for automobile simulation production lines in vocational colleges should be oriented toward the requirements of enterprises and industry. In the meanwhile, such problems as the separation of classroom teaching from work in vocational education schools ought to be solved. The necessity, present situation, and obstacles of the construction of automobile simulation production line training base in higher vocational colleges are analyzed in this article, which introduces an advanced mode of production, simulates the realistic production environment of the enterprise, carries out the practical tasks of the enterprise, and make use of the construction path of the training base of the digitalenabled automobile simulation production line to achieve zero-docking with the employment of the enterprise, to meet the new needs of personnel training, improve the employability of college students, provide modern factories of enterprises an effective method to train high-skilled personnel.

摘要: 在数字化信息社会背景下,职业院校汽车模拟产线实训基地建设以企业和社会需求为 导向,应对职业教育中课堂教学脱离工作实际等问题,通过对高职院校汽车模拟产线实训基 地建设的必要性、现状、问题进行剖析,提出对接引进先进生产方式、模拟企业真实生产环 境、开展企业真实任务,利用数字化赋能汽车模拟产线实训基地建设路径,实现与企业的就 业零对接,满足人才培养的新需求,提高大学生就业能力,为企业现代工厂培养高技能复合 人才提供有效路径。
