Abstract: The four modernizations of automobiles lead the rapid development of the industry and rapid iteration of the relevant production technologies. In order to improve competitiveness, now the vehicle manufacturing industry is actively encouraging technological innovation, and is committed to achieve more intelligent and digital production, so as to achieve significant quality reduction and efficiency increase. This project design is an industry first which discusses the use of robot and vision mode, to realize logistics automated guided vehicle (AGV) and the cross-checking of production line information. The visual digitized the shape and position information of the parts, first realized the identification of the types of parts and the prevention of misloading, and then the robot adjusted and matched the walking track according to the digital information to complete the fully automatic grasping and loading. After loading and setting up a special scanning device, automatic identification of the part bar code, the digital information of the bar code is automatically identified, saved and uploaded to meet the after-sale abnormal review. This case has low investment and good economic return, has been running for 3 years, and the state is stable. Since the technical model can be applied to many fields, it has practical significance for the development of the industry.

摘要: 汽车四化引领行业快速发展,各品牌车企竞争激烈。为提高竞争力,现尤其鼓励生产 技术的创新,致力于实现生产更智能化、数字化,以达成显著保质降本及增效。文章论述案 例为当时行业首创,采用机器人+视觉的模式,实现与物流自动导引运输车(AGV)及生产线 信息交互核对,视觉将零件外形和位置信息数字化,先实现识别零件种类防误装,再由机器 人依据数字化信息调整匹配行走轨迹,完成全自动化抓取和搭载。搭载完毕并设置专用扫描 装置,自动化识别零件条码,把条码的数字化信息自动识别保存并上传,满足售后异常时复 查。本案例投资少、经济回报性好,已运行 3 年,且状态稳定。鉴于技术模式可以应用于多 领域,对行业发展有现实意义。
