增速箱异响问题浅析

Abstract: The speed increase box can be applied to a wide range of commercial vehicle hybrid market, and there will often be abnormal noise and lax sealing during use, resulting in oil emulsification and other problems. This paper provides an analysis and treatment method for the abnormal noise of the gearbox of new energy hybrid models, that is, through the analysis of bench test noise, vibration, harshness (NVH), unpacking inspection and component measurement, etc., it is confirmed that the cause of abnormal noise is abnormal wear caused by the reduction of meshing accuracy between the output shaft of the gearbox and the input shaft of the engine. This problem can be solved by improving the gear processing accuracy of the output shaft of the speed increase box, which provides solutions and ideas for the subsequent abnormal sound of the speed increase box, and can be widely promoted in the treatment of quality problems of hybrid models.

摘要: 增速箱在商用车混动化市场中的可应用范围广,在使用过程中往往会出现异响、密封 不严的现象,导致产生机油乳化等问题。文章针对增速箱的输出轴提出了一种新能源混动车 型增速箱异响问题分析处理的方法,即通过台架测试噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)分析, 拆箱检查及零部件测量等方法,确认产生异响的原因为加工不良的增速箱输出轴与发动机输 入轴啮合精度降低导致的异常磨损。通过改进增速箱输出轴齿轮加工精度即可解决此问题, 为后续增速箱异响提供解决方案与思路,并在混动车型质量问题的处理中可广泛推广。
