Abstract: In this paper, the abnormal noise produced at the front brake angle of a vehicle is analyzed. The abnormal noise source is identified by means of brake angle dispersion analysis, related parts exchange and noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) analysis. Further analysis shows that the surface roughness of brake disc has a key effect on the structural noise of brake angle. By improving the quality state of the parts, the effectiveness of the measures is verified by relevant tests. The results show that the problem of abnormal sound after optimized braking has been effectively solved.

摘要: 文章针对某车型在快速制动时前制动角处产生的异响问题进行了分析,通过对制动角 打散分析,相关零件互换和噪声、振动、声振粗糙度(NVH)分析手段锁定异响源。进一步 分析表明制动盘表面粗糙度对制动角结构性噪音具有关键影响。通过改善零件质量状态,采 用相关试验验证措施的有效性。结果表明,优化后制动异响问题得到了有效解决。
